Where is my order?

Please bear in mind the processing time + shipping time when looking out for your order. You should have received a tracking reference number (if this applies to your order). Enter the tracking reference on the Royal Mail website, for up-to-date information on your package. It can take up to 24-hours for this carrier to initially update their systems and show the tracking information.

Do you accept wholesale orders / how do I become a stockist?

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

Generally restocks take between 2-4weeks. However, with our highly-customised product lines (such as jewellery, hats, scarves etc), restocks can take up to 12 weeks.
